What a stunning place! the sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't get enough of waking up to that beautiful sight. the property itself was unique and charming, with a cozy bedroom and bathroom. I also loved that it was located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the proximity to the old town was perfect for exploring. the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They even treated me to a delicious homemade meal, which was a lovely touch.
The bed and pillows were quite hard, which made it a little uncomfortable for sleeping. I also noticed some bed mites, which was a bit of a downside.

our stay here was perfect. helpful staff, quiet atmosphere. had unique room, loved it, was allowed to use tea/coffee making equipment, a dining area and a sitting area. could see street from the window. the location was best possible and just 5 minutes walk to a shopping mall. nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
Nothing, all great. It met needs.

deep house sea view was the best place we've ever stayed in koh lanta. the unique room, beautiful location, and friendly hosts exceeded our expectations. we loved being able to walk to the old town for delicious food and shopping. the bungalow on the mangrove plantation provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the sunrise every day. 3 nights was not enough to fully enjoy this hidden gem.
Towel hook missing in toilet.

I had an amazing stay at a cozy bamboo bungalow in a picturesque location. the room was spacious and had a unique treehouse, like feel. the big bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the owner and her family were incredibly kind and treated me like family. the restaurant, located on a wooden pier, served delicious food and drinks. It was also conveniently located close to the market, where they even took me for shopping in the old town. the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the service and hospitality were top, notch.
The shower pressure was a bit slow, but it was understandable considering the island's facilities.

We got great value for our money at Deep House Sea View. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom and shower/toilet room. The location was perfect, with cheap and delicious food nearby and a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The Thai owner and her family were so kind and welcoming, even cooking fresh fish for us that we bought from the market.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more options.

The view from the bungalow was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sea right outside my window was like a dream come true. the room itself was clean and well-decorated, with a separate bedroom and shower/toilet room. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool. the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering to cook the fresh fish we bought from the nearby market. I also loved being able to buy delicious and affordable food from the local area to enjoy on the balcony.
Having to walk through the owner's habitat, which sometimes had a bit of a smell when the tide was low. the bed and pillows were quite hard, almost like a mat on the floor.

What an incredible and unique experience! This hidden gem by the sea provided me with a Christmas to remember. The friendly and welcoming hosts made me feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to assist with my travel plans and even reserved a boat trip for me. The bamboo room, connected to the main house, was cozy and had everything I needed. Waking up to stunning sunrises over the sea from my terrace was truly breathtaking. Plus, the gentle sound of the tides coming in while relaxing in the hammock was so peaceful.
Although the location is conveniently close to the charming old town, it's important to note that the accommodation is tucked away in the "backyard" of local homes. due to the tide's influence, there is no water below the house for half of the day.

Absolutely loved the magical views from my private balcony. The free WiFi kept me entertained while the tour assistance helped me explore the island. So convenient to have the airport nearby and the police station just a short 16 km away.
Oh, I just hated how the room was so comfy and clean. Such a bother!

During my recent transit in Koh Lanta, I had the chance to stay at Deep House Sea View. Although it may not be the most luxurious option, it served its purpose perfectly. Situated in the "back yard" of some local homes in the old town, this accommodation offered a unique local experience. its proximity to the nearest airport, which is only 86 km away, made it incredibly convenient for me as a frequent traveler.
While Deep House Sea View had its charms, there was one minor drawback. The property's location meant that the sea below it was heavily influenced by the tide.
